Returns & Refunds Policy
Perishable Items
Due to the nature of fresh and perishable goods (such as vegetables, fruits, meats, or frozen items), we are unable to accept returns on these items unless:
The product was damaged on arrival
The item is expired or spoiled at the time of delivery or purchase
The wrong item was delivered
If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, with photos as proof.
Non-Perishable & Packaged Goods
You may return unopened, unused items (like dry foods, canned goods, and sealed condiments) within 7 days of purchase or delivery, provided:
The item is in its original packaging
You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Once returned and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange depending on your preference.
Refunds Process
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Please note: Shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please let us know within 24–48 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

In-Store Purchases
If you purchased an item directly in-store, you can return eligible items by bringing them back to the shop, along with your receipt and the product in good condition.
